Achieving hockey stick growth by pivoting from 50 to 25,000 new users per month in EdTech through structured customer development and a fast go-to-market.

Transforming old single solutions into a seamless HR Tech platform, releasing to new customers while migrating tens of thousands under a compelling vision.

Ensuring multi-million profit and growth for an event product portfolio during the COVID-19 lockdown by rethinking strategic focus.
